Joining Our Network Schools

Welcome! The Lake County Catholic School Network (LCCSN) is excited you are considering a Christ-centered, academically excellent education for your child at one of our partner elementary schools: All Saints School and Mater Dei Academy, both located in Wickliffe, Ohio.

Our Admissions Philosophy

We welcome families seeking a vibrant Catholic school community that prioritizes spiritual development alongside rigorous academics. Our schools strive to nurture compassionate leaders and lifelong learners.

Consistent with the policies of our partner schools and the Diocese of Cleveland, the LCCSN and its schools admit students of any race, color, national, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. They do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in the administration of their educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

The Admissions Process: A School-Centered Approach

While the LCCSN provides support and oversight, the admissions process is managed directly by each individual school. This ensures that families can connect personally with the school community that best fits their needs. Here’s a general overview of the steps involved:

1. Explore & Inquire

Visit the websites of All Saints School and Mater Dei Academy to learn about their unique programs, philosophies, and communities. Contact their school offices directly with initial questions.

2. Visit Us

We highly encourage families to experience our schools firsthand! Schedule a personal tour or attend an Open House event. Check the individual school websites for upcoming dates and contact information.

3. Apply Online

Each school utilizes its own application portal. Please navigate to the admissions section of the specific school you are interested in to begin your application.

4. Submit Required Documents

Generally, you will need to submit copies of your child’s birth certificate, baptismal certificate (if Catholic), immunization records, and any previous academic records (report cards, standardized test scores for older students). Specific requirements may vary slightly by school and grade level.

5. Review & Assessment

The school’s admissions team will review the completed application and documents. Depending on the grade level, this may also include readiness screenings (Kindergarten), entrance assessments, teacher recommendations, or a shadow day visit for the student.

6. Notification & Enrollment

The school will notify you of the admission decision. If accepted, you will receive information on completing the final enrollment steps, including setting up tuition payments (typically through the FACTS management system) and submitting any remaining forms.

Applying to Our Partner Schools:

Tuition & Financial Aid

Investing in Catholic education is a significant commitment, and both All Saints School and Mater Dei Academy offer tuition assistance and participate in various scholarship programs, including Diocesan aid like the Bishop’s Scholarship for Catholic Education and state programs like EdChoice. We encourage families to explore these options early. Please visit the schools’ websites or contact their offices for specific tuition rates and financial aid application processes (often managed through FACTS).
