Joining Our Network Schools

Welcome! The Lake County Catholic School Network (LCCSN) is excited you are considering a Christ-centered, academically excellent education for your child at one of our partner elementary schools: All Saints School and Mater Dei Academy, both located in Wickliffe, Ohio. We are now enrolling for the 2026-2027 Academy Year.

Our Admissions Philosophy

We welcome families seeking a vibrant Catholic school community that prioritizes spiritual development alongside rigorous academics. Our schools strive to nurture compassionate leaders and lifelong learners.

Consistent with the policies of our partner schools and the Diocese of Cleveland, the LCCSN and its schools admit students of any race, color, national, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. They do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in the administration of their educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

The Admissions Process: A School-Centered Approach

While the LCCSN provides support and oversight, the admissions process is managed directly by each individual school. This ensures that families can connect personally with the school community that best fits their needs. Here’s a general overview of the steps involved:

1. Explore & Inquire

Visit the websites of All Saints School and Mater Dei Academy to learn about their unique programs, philosophies, and communities. Contact their school offices directly with initial questions.

2. Visit Us

We highly encourage families to experience our schools firsthand! Schedule a personal tour or attend an Open House event. Check the individual school websites for upcoming dates and contact information.

3. Apply Online

Each school utilizes its own application portal. Please navigate to the admissions section of the specific school you are interested in to begin your application.

4. Submit Required Documents

Generally, you will need to submit copies of your child’s birth certificate, baptismal certificate (if Catholic), immunization records, and any previous academic records (report cards, standardized test scores for older students). Specific requirements may vary slightly by school and grade level.

5. Review & Assessment

The school’s admissions team will review the completed application and documents. Depending on the grade level, this may also include readiness screenings (Kindergarten), entrance assessments, teacher recommendations, or a shadow day visit for the student.

6. Notification & Enrollment

The school will notify you of the admission decision. If accepted, you will receive information on completing the final enrollment steps (getting a Digital Academy account to fill out forms), including setting up tuition payments (through the FACTS management system) and submitting any remaining forms.

Questions

Investing in Catholic education is a significant commitment, and both All Saints School and Mater Dei Academy offer tuition assistance and participate in various scholarship programs, including Diocesan aid and the Angel Scholarship Fund and state programs like EdChoice. We encourage families to explore these options early. Please visit the schools’ websites or contact their offices for specific pre-school tuition rates and financial aid application processes. The tuition for the 2026-2027 Academic year is $6800 at Mater Dei Academy and $7000 at All Saints School. Both schools have a $250 registration fee (max fee of $750 per family)

A Catholic education is an investment in your child’s faith, character, and future. Thanks to the Ohio EdChoice Scholarship Program, that investment is now more accessible than ever. Every student in Ohio is now eligible for some level of state-funded tuition assistance to attend a participating Catholic school.

Below is an overview of the two primary scholarship pathways available for the 2026–2027 school year.

1. EdChoice Expansion (Income-Based)

This scholarship is available to every K–12 student in Ohio, regardless of where you live. The award amount is determined by your household’s Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) and family size.

Full Scholarship: Families with a household income at or below 450% of the Federal Poverty Level (e.g., approximately $135,000 for a family of four) qualify for the maximum scholarship amount.

Partial Scholarship: Families with higher incomes are still eligible for a scholarship on a sliding scale. Even at the highest income levels, every student is eligible for a minimum “universal” award.
Low-Income Status: Families at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level are designated as “Low-Income.” For these families, the scholarship often covers the full cost of tuition, and the school will waive any remaining tuition balance.

2. Traditional EdChoice (School-Based)

This scholarship is for students who would otherwise be assigned to a public school building that the state has designated as “underperforming.”

Eligibility: Determined by your home address and designated public school building.

Award: Eligible students receive the maximum scholarship amount ($6,166 for K–8; $8,408 for 9–12) regardless of household income.

2026–2027 Scholarship Amounts

Maximum Scholarship Amount Grades K – 8 $6,166
and Grades 9 – 12 $8,408

How to Apply

1. Apply for Admission: Your child must first be accepted and enrolled at either All Saints School or Mater Dei Academy.
2. Submit Request Form: Complete the EdChoice Request Form and provide a copy of your child’s birth certificate and a current utility bill (proof of residence) to the school office.
